Because FlightProof creates real-time airline reservations through Global Distribution Systems (GDS), all sales are considered final once the PNR code is issued. However, we understand that issues can arise, and exceptions are made in specific circumstances.
When Refunds Are Available
We issue refunds in the following situations:
- Technical failures: If our system fails to generate a valid PNR code after payment
- Duplicate payments: If you were charged more than once for the same booking
- System errors: If a bug or server error prevented your reservation from being processed
- PNR not delivered: If the email containing your PNR code and PDF ticket was not sent within 5 minutes of payment confirmation
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not issued in these cases:
- Change of mind: Once the PNR is generated, the reservation is live in the airline's GDS system
- Incorrect name entry: Please double-check your name matches your passport exactly before purchasing
- Wrong date/route: The Standard + Rebook plan includes one free date change; the Standard plan does not
- Immigration denial: We cannot guarantee entry into any country; always check current visa requirements
- Airline issues: If the airline or immigration officer does not accept the reservation format
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us:

- Include your booking reference (PNR code) and the email address used for purchase
- Explain the reason for your refund request with any relevant details
- We will review and respond within 1β2 business days
Crypto (Solana) Payments
For bookings paid with Solana (SOL), the same refund policy applies. If you qualify for a refund, we will return the equivalent SOL value at the current market rate at the time of processing. Please note that crypto refunds may take slightly longer due to blockchain confirmation times.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer, your PNR code will be immediately invalidated. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where a valid PNR was successfully issued and delivered. Please contact us first β we'd rather resolve any issue directly.
